What You'll Do10

  • 1- Build individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals Special Education MO
  • 2- Adapt curriculum and strategies to meet diverse learning needs IEP co-teaching
  • 3- Collaborate with general education teachers in co-teaching environments
  • 4- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and progress
  • 5- Create a structured, inclusive classroom with behavior and social-emotional supports
  • 6- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • 7- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • 8- Utilize evidence-based strategies for academic and behavioral growth
  • 9- Track progress and adjust plans to ensure student growth
  • 10- Provide timely feedback and support to students and staff

Requirements5

  • 1- Valid MO state certification in Special Education
  • 2- Experience in self-contained or resource/co-teaching settings preferred
  • 3- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
  • 4- Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships
  • 5- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
