What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement differentiated lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- 2Conduct small group interventions targeting specific student needs
- 3Maintain confidential student records and ensure data privacy compliance
- 4Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop individualized education plans
- 5Provide push-in support within regular education classrooms as required
- 6Schedule and attend all special services meetings and professional development
- 7Develop communication strategies with families and community partners
- 8Analyze benchmark assessment results to inform instructional adjustments
- 9Document student progress using standardized measurement systems
- 10Create inclusive classroom materials that accommodate various learning styles
- 11Lead team meetings focused on student achievement and classroom management
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience teaching special education students
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud computing knowledge beneficial
- 4Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings
- 5Data driven instruction with focus on student outcomes
- 6Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- 7Experience with behavior management techniques for diverse learners
- 8Familiarity with Individualized Education Program processes
- 9Commitment to continuous professional development
