What You'll Do7
- 1Welcome guests as they arrive and manage the check-in and check-out process using the spa's booking system.
- 2Meet or exceed monthly membership sales and service upgrade goals by presenting options to guests.
- 3Recommend specific massage and facial services based on client needs using in-depth product knowledge.
- 4Answer phone calls, book appointments, and confirm upcoming sessions to maintain a full schedule.
- 5Communicate current promotions and membership benefits to guests at every interaction.
- 6Keep the front desk, retail shelves, and waiting area clean and organized to uphold spa standards.
- 7Process payments and handle administrative tasks like filing and data entry.
Requirements5
- 11+ years in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- 2Strong verbal communication skills to engage with guests and discuss membership plans.
- 3Ability to multitask on phones, walk-ins, and front desk duties during peak hours.
- 4Comfortable recommending services and membership packages to diverse clients.
- 5Reliable and enthusiastic, with a team-oriented approach to daily operations.
