What You'll Do9
- 1Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- 2Manage appointment scheduling using Microsoft Office tools and specialized booking software
- 3Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and with proper phone etiquette
- 4Handle client inquiries via phone email or in person providing detailed information about services and promotions
- 5Maintain accurate records of client information appointments and payments through organized filing systems
- 6Support office management tasks such as calendar management
- 7Assist with administrative duties including typing correspondence and managing client communication
- 8Scale daily operations by coordinating with staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- 9Drive positive client experiences by representing the spa's commitment to wellness
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- 7Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- 8Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
