Spa Receptionist - Coffee N Nails

We seek a friendly receptionist to create a welcoming experience at Coffee N Nails. The ideal candidate will greet guests, manage check‑ins, and offer beverages while coordinating with nail technicians. This role offers competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling in Austin Texas.
What You'll Do15
- 1Greet every customer with a smile and a warm welcome
- 2Check customers in and confirm appointments or walk‑in services
- 3Help customers choose between regular polish gel acrylic services
- 4Show available nail colors and service options
- 5Communicate with manager to assign appropriate nail technicians
- 6Escort customers to pedicure chairs or manicure tables
- 7Offer beverages and prepare coffee or other drinks
- 8Check on customers throughout their visit and refill drinks
- 9Answer phone calls schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
- 10Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area
- 11Process payments accurately using the POS system
- 12Confirm services before checkout and assign correct technicians
- 13Explain optional gratuity and assist with payment
- 14Encourage satisfied customers to leave a Google review
- 15Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive experiences

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3AWS Certified
