We seek a friendly professional to lead Guest Experience and Front Desk duties at Belliard's Salon & Spa. You will welcome guests create impressions manage appointments process payments educate about services and support rebooking membership retail and guest retention. What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome every guest warmly and create a polished relaxing first impression
- 2Answer telephone calls text messages emails and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- 3Schedule confirm reschedule and manage salon and spa appointments
- 4Check guests in and out process payments and maintain accurate guest information
- 5Educate guests about services memberships packages promotions gift cards and home-care products
- 6Support rebooking membership retail and guest-retention goals
- 7Help resolve guest questions or concerns with care professionalism and discretion
- 8Communicate closely with service providers to ensure smooth operations
- 9Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception and retail area
- 10Assist with spa parties special events and seasonal promotions
- 11Complete administrative and front desk tasks as assigned
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with Canva Meevo scheduling software or content creation
- 3Knowledge of Instagram Facebook and short-form video platforms
- 4Ability to use scheduling software and manage multiple priorities
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

$37 - $46k per year
