What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise all retreat operations including revenue profitability and inventory management
- 2Recruit hire train and retain top talent
- 3Create and execute team schedules for daily execution
- 4Set individual and overall retreat goals and translate plans into action
- 5Lead by example achieving personal and team objectives
- 6Provide in-the-moment coaching on the floor
- 7Dedicate time to work the floor for direct guest interaction
- 8Enhance brand name perception by supporting mission and strategies
- 9Plan and execute local marketing events to promote Massage Heights
- 10Drive lead generation through targeted marketing activities
- 11Develop partnerships with local businesses to expand reach
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience
- 2Self-starter mentality with strong leadership and organizational skills
- 3Working knowledge of labor and employment laws plus relevant licensing
- 4Experience in training coaching and conflict resolution
- 5Capacity to develop positive employee relationships for disciplined mentoring
- 6Basic business math and financial P&L experience
- 7Proficiency with computer systems and standard software
- 8Understanding of computer based record keeping systems
