Spa Attendant, Float Tank Operations at Upscale Spa
Overview
You will own daily spa operations at Riviera Spa, ensuring every guest experience meets our high standards. You'll manage the float tank environment, oversee cleanliness, handle laundry, and stock supplies. Our team thrives on positive attitudes and attention to detail, and you'll partner with the Facilities Manager to keep everything running smoothly. This role stands out for its focus on wellness in a busy, upscale setting, with 25+ hours weekly and weekend availability.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain float tank standards, including water quality, temperature, and salinity.
- 2Monitor spa cleanliness across all areas, from treatment rooms to lounges and bathrooms.
- 3Handle all laundry duties, ensuring linens are cleaned, folded, and stocked.
- 4Track and restock back-of-house supplies, including towels, robes, and amenities.
- 5Ensure proper use of professional products in all treatments.
- 6Report maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager promptly.
- 7Follow health and safety standards and company policies during every shift.
- 8Support team members to create a seamless guest journey.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- 2Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays plus 25+ hours per week.
- 3Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
- 4Adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- 5Positive attitude and excellent hospitality skills.
- 6Team player with reliable attendance.
- 7Must relocate to Dallas, TX 75205 before starting.
- 8Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
