Overview
We seek a Solution Train Engineer who leads Agile Release Trains and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver programs using SAFe Agile practices. This role drives successful program execution at scale for our telecom clients.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 2Lead SAFe Release Train Engineering efforts across multiple teams
- 3Manage project delivery through agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication
- 4Drive technical excellence by optimizing data processing workflows
- 5Own infrastructure components including Kubernetes clusters and AWS services
- 6Scale solutions using containerization and cloud-native architectures
- 7Debug complex systems issues and improve overall system reliability
- 8Develop training materials and share knowledge across the organization
- 9Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize backlog items
- 10Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- 11Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading Release Train Engineering initiatives
- 3AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
- 4CPC Card certified in Continuous Delivery
- 55+ years experience with Kubernetes orchestration
