What You'll Do14

- 10Define team roles responsibilities and performance expectations to ensure clarity and accountability
- 11Establish best practices for solution design coding standards and system integrations
- 12Conduct regular code and design reviews to enforce quality and adherence to architectural standards
- 13Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance delivery efficiency
- 14Lead Agile or hybrid delivery models managing backlogs and iterative solution delivery
Requirements13
- 1Minimum of 10 years experience implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions with a focus on utilities and energy sectors
- 2Proven track record leading complex Field Service Management implementations and integrating with ERP CRM CIS BI Datawarehouse systems
- 3Experience developing web‑based applications using XML JSON HTML5 AngularJS and cloud platforms Salesforce Field Service Oracle Field Service ServiceNow FSM
- 4Familiarity with cloud architectures AWS Azure GCP and familiarity with SOAP and REST web services for integration
- 5Strong understanding of utility operations asset management and regulatory compliance
- 6Demonstrated experience in team building leadership and talent development
- 7Excellent project management skills including planning execution and risk management
- 8Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- 9Technical proficiency in Field Service Management software platforms system integration and data analytics
- 10Ability to travel to client sites domestically or internationally as required
- 11Consulting background with client‑facing roles delivering high‑impact programs
- 12Knowledge of GIS integration mobile workforce management and emerging technologies such as IoT AI and Machine Learning
- 13Professional certifications in solution architecture or related technical fields
