As Test Manager, you own the testing lifecycle for an EHR implementation serving Texas public agencies. You lead a team of testers, define strategy, and drive quality from planning through UAT. What You'll Do8
- 1Build the test plan and schedule for the EHR rollout, aligning with project milestones.
- 2Lead a team of QA analysts, assigning tasks and reviewing test deliverables.
- 3Own test execution for functional, integration, and regression suites using JIRA and ALM.
- 4Coordinate UAT with business users, capturing feedback and tracking defects.
- 5Drive defect triage meetings, prioritizing fixes with developers and product owners.
- 6Report test metrics to stakeholders, highlighting risks and coverage gaps.
- 7Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases for audit readiness.
- 8Mentor testers on best practices for EHR validation and public sector standards.
Requirements7
- 110+ years in software testing with 5+ years as a test manager.
- 25+ years managing testing for EHR or healthcare applications.
- 3Hands-on experience with JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- 4Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- 5Experience testing public sector systems, including Medicaid or CHIP.
- 6Ability to lead on-site in Austin, TX, with a valid background check.
- 7Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
