The Software Engineer II .NET owns delivery of intuitive and reliable software solutions for business partners in a collaborative, onsite team in Minneapolis. You will design, build, and ship features across the full stack, working with modern .NET frameworks and Azure services. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and build new .NET services and APIs that power partner-facing applications.
- 2Ship end-to-end features from C# backend to React frontend within your first 90 days.
- 3Collaborate with product managers and QA to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- 4Own the full development lifecycle from code review to deployment on Azure.
- 5Refactor legacy .NET code to improve performance and maintainability.
- 6Debug and resolve production incidents, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- 7Develop unit and integration tests using xUnit and Moq to ensure reliability.
- 8Drive continuous integration improvements with Azure DevOps pipelines.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET Core.
- 21+ years building web applications with React or Angular.
- 3Experience with SQL Server and writing efficient queries.
- 4Familiarity with RESTful API design and JSON.
- 5Knowledge of Git and Agile development workflows.
- 6Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- 7Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
