Requirements11
- 1Previous softball playing or coaching experience preferred
- 2Experience with youth athletes is a plus
- 3Strong leadership and organizational skills
- 4Passion for developing young athletes
- 5Reliable and energetic commitment throughout the season
- 65+ years of coaching experience
- 7Proficiency in player development techniques
- 8Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- 9Excellent communication abilities
- 10Understanding of travel program management
- 11Certification in CPR and first aid recommended
Salary Insight
