Competitive Team Gymnastics Coach USAG Development Program
Overview
Lead competitive gymnastics practices and support athlete development for Summit Summaries Competitive Team during 2026–2027 season. Coach athletes across multiple levels including USAG Development Program Levels 3–8 and Xcel Gold Platinum Diamond programs. Provide safe progressive skill instruction and foster positive team culture.
What You'll Do10
- 1Coach competitive gymnastics practices throughout the week
- 2Attend weekend competitions and assist with athlete preparation
- 3Develop athletes through safe progressive skill instruction
- 4Teach proper technique execution and skill progressions
- 5Implement drills reinforcing strength flexibility and confidence
- 6Support seasonal training plans and long term athlete development
- 7Spot athletes safely and maintain professional training environment
- 8Communicate effectively with athletes families and coaching staff
- 9Assist with equipment setup and gym organization
- 10Complete basic administrative duties as needed
