Overview
Lead coordination of inpatient and outpatient mental health services for families with children in a homeless shelter. Manage a small case load while facilitating weekly workshops and support groups. Conduct independent psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with staff on client needs.

- 6Consult with staff on psychosocial needs and treatment impacts
- 7Identify program needs and recommend improvements
- 8Perform data management and document tracking using computer applications
- 9Coordinate community referrals and service partnerships
Requirements6
- 1LMSW Required
- 2Master's degree in social work from CSWE accredited school
- 3At least two years specialized social work experience
- 4Fluency in Spanish preferred
- 5Experience with medical and mental health diagnoses and treatment procedures
- 6Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety protocols

$66 - $70k per year
