Overview
The Social Content Coordinator will support the Manager Social Strategy by managing daily scheduling publishing community management and campaign logistics across brand social channels. You will track trends organize assets write captions and assist with newsletter production and influencer event logistics. This role requires a proactive mindset and a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube
- 2Support community management by monitoring and responding to comments and DMs in line with brand voice
- 3Track social and platform trends flagging relevant opportunities to the Manager Social Strategy
- 4Collect and organize social performance data to support reporting and strategy
- 5Write and edit captions aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- 6Support newsletter production drafting content and coordinating send schedules
- 7Support campaign execution delivering materials such as PR boxes and promotional assets
- 8Assist with influencer events brand activations and gifting campaigns handling logistics and stakeholder coordination
- 9Perform content edits and organize assets
- 10Maintain project management systems like Asana SharePoint and Air to keep workflows on track
- 11Coordinate with stakeholders for event planning and execution
Requirements11
- 12-4 years of experience in social media digital marketing or content coordination
- 2Strong writing skills and understanding of brand voice
- 3Familiarity with social scheduling tools and platform best practices
- 4Experience supporting campaign execution or event activation logistics
- 5Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- 6Ability to manage multiple projects and tight turnarounds
- 7Proficiency in Canva CapCut or similar lightweight editing tools
- 8Experience with project management tools such as Asana
- 9Working with athletes talent or high-profile individuals is a plus
- 10Proactive collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced team
- 11Willingness to travel and work on-site for events in the SF Bay Area
