Soccer Enrichment Coach - Cali Sports Inc San Jose
Overview
We seek reliable energetic coaches to lead beginner soccer programs for children ages 5–10 across Bay Area schools. You will own classes using our lesson plans while creating safe positive environments. This role includes managing small groups communicating with parents and handling basic admin tasks. What You'll Do7
- 1Teach classes using company lesson plans
- 2Manage groups of 8–16 students
- 3Create safe and positive learning environment
- 4Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session
- 5Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out
- 6Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
- 7Take a few class photos for program documentation
Requirements9
- 1At least 19 years old
- 2Playing or coaching experience preferred
- 3USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- 4Strong communication and classroom management skills
- 5Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- 6Authorized to work in the United States
- 7Must complete TB test and Live Scan background check
- 8Provide photo and short biography for company website
- 9Currently live in the Bay Area and available for in-person work
