What You'll Do7
- 1Mix smoothies, bowls, and wraps to Smoothie King standards during your first week.
- 2Greet every guest with a smile and process orders accurately on the POS system within 30 days.
- 3Prep fresh ingredients (fruits, greens, supplements) each shift, following food safety guidelines.
- 4Clean blenders, counters, and dining area continuously to keep the store sanitary and welcoming.
- 5Restock cups, lids, and ingredients to ensure smooth service during rushes.
- 6Learn and follow Smoothie King recipes and portion controls to deliver consistent quality.
- 7Collaborate with teammates to hit speed-of-service targets during weekend and weekday shifts.
