What You'll Do9

- 2Ring up orders and handle payments with accuracy and honesty using the POS system.
- 3Blend smoothies according to recipe tickets using blenders and following safety protocols.
- 4Educate guests on Smoothie King menu items and retail products to help them make informed choices.
- 5Maintain a clean and organized workspace, completing daily checklist duties including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- 6Work collaboratively with team members and managers to handle high-volume periods without compromising quality.
- 7Show up on time for scheduled shifts, balancing personal commitments to ensure reliable attendance.
- 8Receive and apply feedback from team leads and managers to improve performance and product consistency.
- 9Communicate positively with guests and coworkers, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Requirements9
- 118+ years old (preferred) to operate equipment safely.
- 21+ year experience in food service or retail (preferred).
- 3Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

- 6Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
- 7Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
