SmartCOMM Lead Developer
Overview
You will own the end-to-end SmartCOMM forms lifecycle, from design to deployment, for enterprise customer communications. Leading a team of developers, you will define optimal SmartCOMM solution patterns and architecture while collaborating with multiple platform teams. This contract role in Philadelphia demands a blend of hands-on forms design, technical leadership, and customer focus. You will drive technical decisions and mentor developers to deliver high-quality communication solutions.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement SmartCOMM forms and templates for enterprise communication workflows.
- 2Lead the technical architecture for SmartCOMM solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- 3Drive the full lifecycle of forms, from requirements gathering to production support.
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Java, XML, and XSLT integrations.
- 5Mentor junior developers on SmartCOMM best practices and coding standards.
- 6Own technical delivery, including code reviews and quality assurance for form outputs.
- 7Optimize SmartCOMM performance by analyzing and tuning data mappings and templates.
Requirements7
- 15+ years developing with SmartCOMM in a lead capacity.
- 23+ years hands-on SmartCOMM forms design and development.
- 3Strong experience with Java, XML, and XSLT for communication templates.
- 4Proven track record leading technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- 5Deep understanding of the forms lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment.
- 6Experience integrating SmartCOMM with CRM or ERP systems.
- 7Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
