Overview

You will co-build a pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up, owning clinical services and shaping its growth. As a licensed SLP or OT, you will partner with the owner in an equal profit-sharing model without any upfront investment. We are a new Atlanta-based practice focused on delivering exceptional therapy to children and families. This is for clinicians who want ownership, a voice, and a stake in a community-impact venture.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and deliver pediatric SLP or OT evaluations and therapy in the new clinic.
  • 2Design treatment plans for children using evidence-based practices and document progress.
  • 3Co-create clinic policies, protocols, and culture with the owner and team.
  • 4Drive patient intake, scheduling, and family communication to ensure smooth clinical operations.
  • 5Lead community outreach efforts to build referral networks and grow the clinic's presence.
  • 6Collaborate with the owner on profit-sharing, budgeting, and financial sustainability.
  • 7Own compliance with state licensing, insurance, and documentation standards.

Requirements5

  • 1Hold an active SLP or OT license in Georgia.
  • 2Possess 2+ years of pediatric therapy experience, including evaluation and treatment.
  • 3Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business partnership.
  • 4Show a track record of team collaboration and dependable client care.
  • 5Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for families and staff.
