Overview
You will own the full patient care cycle at PT Solutions, managing a caseload of 10-12 patients/day in our Hiram, GA clinic. You will work with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, applying evidence-based treatment plans in an interdisciplinary setting. What You'll Do8
- 1Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment goals.
- 2Design evidence-based treatment plans that align with each patient's recovery milestones.
- 3Deliver patient education on home exercise programs using Limber Health software for at-home support.
- 4Document patient progress and outcomes in the EMR system within required timeframes.
- 5Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans.
- 6Manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients, maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- 7Implement Vitals+ onboarding strategies to improve documentation and clinical efficiency.
- 8Mentor PT students and new grads as part of the clinic's growth culture.
Requirements8
- 1Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- 2Current or pending state licensure in Georgia.
- 3BLS certification (basic life support).
- 4Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- 5Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
- 6Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
- 7Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
