Overview
Own full-desk recruitment for skilled trades across the United States, targeting high-volume hiring for electricians, plumbers, welders, carpenters, and more. Build and maintain candidate pipelines, drive client relationships, and fill nationwide project needs from Phoenix or onsite. Collaborate with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure successful placements and robust candidate experience. This role combines sales, recruitment, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage full-cycle recruitment from job orders to placement in skilled trades
- 2Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
- 3Conduct phone screens and skill assessments to evaluate fit for construction roles
- 4Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future projects across the U.S.
- 5Negotiate offers, coordinate hiring with clients and candidates, and ensure onboarding compliance
- 6Meet recruiting, sales, and placement goals while delivering excellent customer service
- 7Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and collaborate with onboarding teams
- 8Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- 9Maintain high-volume recruiting discipline and strong relationship-building with clients and candidates
- 10Local and national recruitment for temporary, commercial, and industrial construction projects
Requirements10
- 12+ years of recruiting experience with construction staffing or skilled trades
- 2Full desk staffing experience preferred
- 3Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 4Experience recruiting in high-volume environments
- 5Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- 6Comfort with outbound calls to candidates and clients
- 7Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 8Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 9Experience using ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- 10Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Salary Insight
$65 - $100k per year
