Sit-Down Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Overview
Own and improve warehouse forklift operations at a high-volume distribution center. This role drives efficiency and safety across multiple areas. You will lead initiatives that enhance productivity and support logistics goals.

- 1Build and maintain efficient forklift workflows using Spark and Airflow

- 7Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels

- 9Mentor new hires on proper forklift operation techniques
- 10Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- 11Ensure all activities align with organizational quality standards
Requirements11
- 1Previous stand-up forklift experience required
- 2Previous sit-down forklift experience required
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 4Steel-toe boots required
- 5Pass drug screen and background check
- 6Complete forklift certification and safety training
- 7Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- 8Comfortable working mandatory overtime when business requires it
- 9Fast-paced distribution environment capability
- 10Experience with RF Scanner technology
- 11Knowledge of material handling best practices
