Forklift Operator - Sit-Down
Overview
We seek a reliable safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment to move stage and transport materials while maintaining accuracy safety and productivity standards.
What You'll Do9
- 1Operate Sit-down or Clamp forklifts safely
- 2Pick and load products onto trailers according to shipping documentation
- 3Unload and stage materials from incoming shipments
- 4Transport finished goods from production lines to staging or storage areas
- 5Supply materials to production lines as needed
- 6Perform quality and safety checks on products and equipment
- 7Report safety or quality concerns to supervisors immediately
- 8Conduct basic cycle counts and inventory checks when required
- 9Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements6
- 1Ability to operate Sit-down forklift and similar powered industrial equipment safely
- 2Clamp experience a plus
- 3Complete forklift certification training and evaluation
- 4Basic English communication skills written and verbal
- 5Previous forklift experience preferred but not required
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods
