Shuttle Driver role owning daily passenger transport between satellite facilities at Redmond and Woodinville. Own safety, timeliness, and customer service at scale across campus routes. What You'll Do10
- 1Build safe, efficient shuttle operations between designated locations to support employee mobility
- 2Design routes that minimize exposure to high traffic and adverse conditions while maintaining on time performance
- 3Drive and transport passengers with professional courtesy and high safety standards
- 4Operate and monitor vehicle service records and promptly report issues to a supervisor
- 5Maintain shuttle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks
- 6Refuel or recharge vehicles according to company procedures
- 7Provide courteous customer service and respond to questions or concerns during transport
- 8Plan and follow routes using planning tools to optimize travel time
- 9Secure cargo and shuttle contents to prevent damage during transit
- 10Collaborate with facilities team to ensure reliable shuttle schedules and contingency plans
Requirements7
- 1Professional experience driving people in a commercial or passenger-focused setting
- 2Strong knowledge of transport and safety codes and regulations
- 3Experience using route planning software and tools to determine efficient routes
- 4Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple trips
- 5Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks
- 6Ability to load and unload cargo safely and securely
