Shuttle Driver CDL with Passenger Endorsement at Reimagined Parking
Overview
Own the safe and efficient transport of guests at Mesa Gateway Airport parking facility with 16+ passenger van operations. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisors to meet service standards and safety regulations. This role emphasizes customer service, prompt communication, and adherence to DOT and local requirements.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build rapport with guests and assist with loading and unloading luggage while maintaining safety.
- 2Design routes and transport passengers along scheduled pickups and drop offs with attention to time windows.
- 3Lead safety practices by ensuring seat belts and emergency equipment are used and verified before each trip.
- 4Drive shuttle vehicles following GPS or dispatch directions and adapt routes to traffic and weather conditions.
- 5Meet daily transport schedules while maintaining high safety standards and professional guest interactions.
- 6Ship timely updates to dispatch or management if delays occur or routes change.
- 7Debug vehicle issues and coordinate maintenance reporting to keep vehicles in safe condition.
- 8Drive and park vehicles safely and secure them when not in use.
- 9Drive in compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations and company policies.
- 10Deliver clear, courteous directions and information to guests and team members.
Requirements7
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- 3Prior shuttle or commercial driving experience preferred
- 4Clean driving record as per company standards
- 5Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- 6Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
