Overview
You'll drive guests between La Quinta Boston - Somerville and the airport, owning safe and punctual transportation. You'll handle luggage, provide directions, and maintain shuttle readiness. Working with the Valet and Front Desk via radio, you'll ensure seamless guest service. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive guests to and from the airport safely, following traffic and airport laws.
- 2Assist guests with belongings: luggage, strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs.
- 3Maintain constant radio contact with Valet and Front Desk for efficient pickups.
- 4Complete maintenance logs after each shift and record any issues.
- 5Clean and refuel shuttle vans to keep them road-worthy.
- 6Provide guests with information and directions as requested.
- 7Follow hotel emergency procedures and report incidents immediately to the supervisor.
- 8Manage onboard music volume to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED.
- 2Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
- 3Valid driver's license with a clean DMV Motor Vehicle Report for the past 36 months.
- 4Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- 5Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
