• 2Maintain safe secure store for customers and associates with attention to detail multitasking strong communication and partnership with store leadership
• 3Engage customers and associates in high risk areas promoting best in class customer service
• 4Display strong knowledge of top shortage areas and support programs designed to identify and reduce theft
• 5Gather and document indicators of external theft share findings with store and field leaders network with local law enforcement support evidence gathering for large scale or organized retail crime
• 6Provide internal controls and operational oversight including conducting associate package monitoring point of sale transactions conducting store audits and promoting asset protection programs
• 7Lead onboarding and ongoing support of associate training in shortage reduction programs assist store leadership in preparing semi annual inventory process and developing action plans to reduce shortage
• 8Role model behaviors that demonstrate safety is top priority manage stressful situations and address unsafe practices at every opportunity
• 9Work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
