What You'll Do10

  • 1Build the daily delivery order for salt, bottled water, and filters and provide the route to customer service representatives.
  • 2Deliver salt, bottled water, and filters to residential and commercial customers, obtaining signatures on delivery tickets.
  • 3Collect payment at delivery via cash, check, money order, or credit card, and confirm billing addresses for house accounts.
  • 4Change pre and post filters during product deliveries when required.
  • 5Ensure customer premises stay clean after deliveries, preventing salt or water spillage.
  • 6Contact customers with delivery ETAs when requested.
  • 7Return completed delivery tickets to CSRs with accurate product charges and billing details.
  • 8Assist with shop tasks, including administrative and technical duties, and support monthly inventory of delivery trucks.
  • 9Load and unload delivery truck stock and clean and maintain company vehicles as needed.
  • 10Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements7

  • 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 21+ years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
  • 3Forklift operation experience and comfort with hand tools.
  • 4Ability to analyze situations and prioritize tasks on the fly.
  • 5Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 40-80 pounds consistently.
  • 6Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • 7Chauffeur's license or DOT Medical Card preferred.
