What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the concession to meet and exceed targets through strong operational execution
- 2Oversee stock levels, stock control decisions, and loss prevention to maximise profitability
- 3Ensure promotions, merchandising instructions and visual standards are executed to the brand's requirements
- 4Recruit, onboard, and retain talent; conduct regular performance reviews and probation checks
- 5Drive exceptional customer service by coaching the team to deliver personalised experiences
- 6Manage the concession team dynamics and adapt between customer service, operations, technical and visual tasks
- 7Monitor performance and implement improvements to sustain high store standards
- 8Collaborate with Macy’s and Reiss partners to align with business goals
- 9Maintain compliance with company policies and brand guidelines
- 10Prepare and present performance updates to leadership as needed
Requirements10
- 1Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
- 2Demonstrated ability to increase overall business performance
- 3Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through a team
- 4Strong visual and commercial product management skills
- 5Ability to adapt to customer service, operational, technical and visual aspects of the role
- 6Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- 7Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
- 8Strong people management and communication skills
- 9Willingness to work onsite at Macy's Montgomery, Bethesda
- 10Star-quality customer service mindset with a passion for premium or luxury products
