What You'll Do6
- 1Supervise and lead crew members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient store operations
- 2Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely professional manner
- 3Monitor food safety cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- 4Assist with opening and closing procedures including cash handling and register reconciliation
- 5Train and coach team members on product knowledge service standards and store procedures
- 6Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to store management
Requirements6
- 11+ year of supervisory or shift lead experience in food service retail or hospitality
- 2Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced environment
- 3Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 4Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- 6Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
