What You'll Do10

- 5Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met during and after the shift.

- 7Communicate handoff details to the next shift manager for a seamless transition.
- 8Support departmental goals by tracking metrics like service times and waste.
- 9Handle cash and safety procedures, including opening and closing registers.

Requirements8
- 118+ years old to manage at this corporate-owned McDonald's.
- 21+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- 3Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, closing shifts required.
- 4Ability to work the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment with a positive attitude.
- 5Strong communication skills to direct crew and coordinate with peers.
- 6Basic math skills for inventory counts and cash handling.
