Overview
Own and coach shift operations to deliver a memorable guest experience at scale. Lead crew, assign tasks, and monitor quality, service and cleanliness to meet brand standards. Work within a multi-store franchise network and collaborate with leadership to achieve goals.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build a positive team environment and deploy crew to meet service standards
- 2Drive sense of urgency and resolve guest issues during shift
- 3Coach crew members and provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies
- 4Monitor labor costs, food costs, and cash handling during shift
- 5Reinforce systems, tools, and procedures and ensure brand standards are executed
- 6Report equipment issues and discuss opportunities with General Manager
- 7Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- 8Hold team members accountable for performance and goals
- 9Communicate shift goals and provide feedback to the team
- 10Adhere to uniform standards and brand policies
Requirements5
- 1Must be able to fluently speak read English
- 2Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- 4Strong math and writing skills
- 5Be capable of learning and operating standard restaurant equipment
