We seek a dynamic Shift Leader to elevate guest experiences at Einstein Bros. Bagels. In this role you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to motivate staff foster positive atmospheres and maintain exceptional service standards while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
What You'll Do5

- 3Lead daily operations including scheduling shifts and managing inventory needs
- 4Implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and store performance
- 5Maintain accurate sales records and support management with data-driven insights
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with proven leadership experience
- 2Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced retail environments
- 3Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 25 pounds
- 4ServSafe certification obtained before leadership training begins
- 5Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 6Flexible availability including early morning shifts and weekend work
