Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- 2Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 3Ability to lift 55lbs multiple times per shift
- 4Valid driver's license preferred
- 5Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools
- 6Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- 7Passion for working with animals and pet owners
- 8Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 9Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- 10Certification in Retail Leadership or equivalent
