Overview
Lead daily operations to ensure positive customer experience. Guide retail team through active floor leadership, set tone for service excellence, accuracy and teamwork. Oversee transactions, compliance, and training while maintaining store standards.

- 1Serve as resource for staff and customer inquiries
- 2Oversee onboarding for new retail associates
- 3Track daily and monthly inventory levels
- 4Restock sales floor with cannabis and non-cannabis products
- 5Open and close store according to schedule
- 6Assist Management with operational tasks
- 7Provide exceptional customer service following established standards
- 8Develop rapport with customers vendors and staff
- 9Explain cannabis effects to customers and patients
- 10Ensure asset protection through strict controls
- 11Set up and break down display cases per company standards
- 12Address phone calls and online orders promptly
- 13Maintain store cleanliness through dusting glass cleaning vacuuming and sanitization
- 14Foster positive work environment promoting trust respect
- 15Maintain confidentiality complying with HIPAA guidelines
- 16Perform additional related duties as required
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 21+ years supervisory or team lead experience in retail hospitality or cannabis environment
- 3Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- 4Marijuana knowledge preferred
- 5Legal ability to work in United States
- 6Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
- 7Reliable transportation
- 8No scheduling restrictions
- 9Background check clearance
- 10Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- 11Endurance for prolonged standing squatting kneeling or walking
