What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow IRM and GRC modules to automate risk assessments.
- 2Develop and deploy ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideRecord, and REST APIs to meet compliance requirements.
- 3Optimize ServiceNow performance through Scoped Applications, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs.
- 4Build AI-driven analytics dashboards using Performance Analytics and Virtual Agent to provide real-time risk visibility.
- 5Lead the migration of legacy GRC processes into ServiceNow with Discovery and IntegrationHub.
- 6Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- 7Debug and resolve complex issues in ServiceNow workflows, ensuring high availability and security.
- 8Ship automated compliance reporting using ServiceNow Reporting and AI Search for faster audit readiness.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of ServiceNow development experience with expertise in IRM and GRC modules.
- 212+ months of hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, GlideRecord, and Service Portal.
- 32+ years implementing AI features such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or AI Search.
- 4Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including Scoped Applications and REST APIs.
- 5Experience with ServiceNow integration using IntegrationHub, Web Services, and REST.
- 6Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and analytics, with Performance Analytics experience.
- 7Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- 8Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Salary Insight
$80 - $90k per year
