We seek a Welder to lead fabrication of custom conveyors cranes and material handling products. You will own the production of fitting layout drilling welding and assembling tasks focusing on .045 Flux Core welding. Expect rapid delivery in a modern shop with a small team.

You turn blueprints into durable products, from the first spark to the final grind. Each day starts with reviewing customer drawings, deciphering weld symbols, and selecting the right wire for steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys. You set fixtures, dial in MIG/GMAW parameters, and lay down precise beads. You verify dimensions with precision instruments and document your work for certification. This role goes beyond welding: you own the full fabrication process, from setup to finishing, and keep production moving. You’ll work onsite in Detroit, Michigan, as part of a team that values precision and safety.

You will own high-precision Sub Arc welding on heavy industrial assemblies, including 2-piece blanks and cylinders, at a Houston-based fabrication shop. You join a team of skilled welders and fabricators working under exacting ASME standards. This role suits a mid-career or seasoned welder seeking a long-term, stable environment where quality and safety are paramount. You will refine specialized techniques and contribute to a 95% radiograph test efficiency standard.

Own structural steel and miscellaneous metal installation on commercial and industrial builds across the Minneapolis metro. Welder with a 3G cert and 2+ years in ped shop work will hit the ground running. The shop has overhead cranes, jig tables, and a strong safety culture.
