Requirements5
- 1Graduated from MMI or similar program or have real-world mechanical experience
- 21+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude
- 3Willingness to learn OEM certifications and master tech responsibilities
- 4Own a basic set of tools (comprehensive set preferred)
- 5Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record for test rides
