What You'll Do8
- 1Assist foremen with service repairs on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing systems.
- 2Set up job sites, handle materials, and keep work areas clean and organized.
- 3Identify basic roof issues like punctures, blisters, and flashing failures under supervision.
- 4Follow OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- 5Document service calls with photos and concise job notes.
- 6Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean and safe condition.
- 7Prepare materials and support crew productivity to meet project deadlines.
- 8Travel to job sites and work in varying weather conditions, including heights.
Requirements7
- 10–2 years of construction or roofing experience preferred.
- 2Strong work ethic and willingness to learn commercial roofing techniques.
- 3Ability to work in physically demanding environments, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 4Commitment to safety and following direction from crew leaders.
- 5Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- 6Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
