What You'll Do11
- 1Own and execute revenue strategies across service agreements, quoted projects, repairs, and account growth initiatives to drive overall service department performance.
- 2Align sales priorities with operational capacity and market conditions to ensure sustainable profitable growth.
- 3Establish measurable revenue targets and translate strategic objectives into clear actionable sales plans for the team.
- 4Lead initiatives to increase service agreement penetration, recurring revenue, renewals, and long-term account value.
- 5Drive accountability for service agreement growth as a core component of business stability and profitability.
- 6Lead, coach, and develop sales team members and business development representatives through clear expectations and structured performance management.
- 7Foster a high-accountability low-ego culture centered on professionalism and ownership.
- 8Implement structured sales cadences to improve activity levels and pipeline movement.
- 9Oversee CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking, and reporting for visibility into pipelines and forecasts.
- 10Drive pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy through weekly actions and team accountability.
- 11Hold team members accountable using data-driven performance management and address gaps via coaching and improvement plans.
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Plumbing service experience with construction familiarity
- 3Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and service operations
- 4Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable execution
- 5Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting
- 6People management skills for leading and developing teams
- 7Organizational and change management experience
- 8Familiarity with administrative licensing and regulatory compliance
- 9Business development experience in HVAC service and contract negotiation
- 10Ability to serve as administrative license holder and stay updated on codes
- 11Comfort with client engagement activities and cross-functional coordination
