You will own vehicle flow at a busy Toyota dealership, handling check-in, cleaning, and delivery to keep the service department running. - 1Assist service advisors with customer vehicle check-in and tagging.
- 2Remove protective coverings and identification tags before returning completed vehicles.
- 3Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before delivery, reporting concerns immediately.
- 4Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
- 5Perform vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups.
- 6Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
- 7Maintain an organized lot by moving inventory as directed.
- 8Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service advisor.
- 9Pick up and deliver vehicles to off-site storage locations.
- 10Retrieve parts from the Parts Department and test customer vehicle batteries.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 26-12 months of previous work experience preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 4Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- 5Strong customer service and communication skills.
- 6Ability to read and understand written instructions.
