What You'll Do12
- 1Build strong relationships with parts vendors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure rapid turnaround times
- 2Verify quoted prices against technician-provided information for accuracy
- 3Markup materials and collaborate with subcontractors to negotiate pricing
- 4Enter quotes into the software system and distribute them to customers for approval
- 5Coordinate with vendors to place orders and generate purchase orders
- 6Track incoming parts and confirm purchase order details with the warehouse team
- 7Communicate delivery updates to dispatch when estimated arrival times change
- 8Receive and inspect parts while verifying purchase order information
- 9Email purchase orders to the receiving team and coordinate with dispatch for scheduling
- 10Process returns by contacting vendors to confirm eligibility and complete necessary paperwork
- 11File warranty credits after parts replacement with vendor collaboration
- 12Support customer relationships and uphold company policies and safety standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading technical teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified experience required
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6Relevant certifications in parts management systems
- 7Proven track record in logistics coordination
- 8Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 9Attention to detail in documentation and compliance
