Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in vehicle maintenance or facility management
- 2Mechanical knowledge of bus systems and repair procedures
- 3Ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License with proper endorsement within thirty days
- 4Tact when managing subordinates and peer relationships
- 5Resourcefulness in resolving operational challenges
- 6Strong communication skills for reporting and training purposes
- 7Computer proficiency for record keeping and data analysis
- 8Knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance practices
- 9Mechanical aptitude for understanding complex systems
