The Service Delivery Specialist leads B2B service deliveries for public-sector and regulated customers ensuring compliance and operational excellence. What You'll Do7

  • 1Manages deployment and activation of telecommunications products for public-sector and regulated customers as well as small and medium business clients
  • 2Ensures strict adherence to governance and compliance requirements throughout service delivery activities
  • 3Maintains accurate documentation and operational discipline during service delivery processes
  • 4Coordinates with Operations Network Engineering Security and Compliance teams to facilitate smooth service transitions
  • 5Identifies and escalates delivery or compliance issues to safeguard service quality and regulatory alignment
  • 6Supports continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements to optimize service reliability
  • 7Monitors service delivery performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational standards and customer expectations

Requirements15

  • 1Associate's Degree in Information Technology Telecommunications or Related Field preferred
  • 2Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Telecommunications or Related Field preferred
  • 30-3 years experience managing B2B service delivery projects for public-sector or regulated customers with strict compliance requirements
  • 40-3 years experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Operations Network Engineering Security and Compliance
  • 50-3 years experience maintaining accurate documentation and operational discipline in telecommunications service environments
  • 6Regulatory Compliance Understanding of governance and compliance requirements for public-sector and regulated customers
  • 7Telecommunications Knowledge of products services and deployment processes especially within regulated environments
  • 8Attention To Detail Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure operational discipline throughout service delivery
  • 9Cross Functional Relationships Skill in coordinating with Operations Network Engineering Security and Compliance teams
  • 10Problem Solving Ability to identify escalate and resolve delivery or compliance issues
  • 11Process Improvement Proficiency in executing established service delivery processes
