Service Advisor Writer, RV Service & Customer Care
Overview
Own the customer service experience for RV service appointments and written estimates within a nationwide family-owned dealer network. You will communicate repairs, verify warranty coverage, and prepare repair orders for a high-volume shop. Work alongside a supportive team focused on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do9
- 1Build estimates by costing materials and labor and calculating customer payments
- 2Communicate repair progress to customers and maintain high satisfaction
- 3Verify warranty and service contract coverage and explain provisions
- 4Prepare repair orders and manage service documentation
- 5Identify RV problems from customer descriptions and guide service workflow
- 6Periodically check progress during servicing and update customers as needed
- 7Assist in maintaining a safe, organized shop environment
- 8Support technicians with accurate parts and labor data
- 9Collaborate with team to deliver consistent customer experiences
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum 1 year RV service experience preferred
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 6Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move RVs of various sizes
- 7Ability to learn company computer systems including Motility Systems2K
- 8Reliable and strong work ethic
