Overview
The Service Advisor will own the client experience at our New York location. This role drives satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service. You will lead interactions that exceed expectations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with clients to ensure seamless experiences
- 2Design solutions for complex service needs
- 3Lead teams of technicians to resolve issues quickly
- 4Ship resolutions that meet or surpass customer expectations
- 5Drive CSI scores by maintaining high standards daily
- 6Collaborate with a skilled team of valets and reps
- 7Maintain outstanding CSI scores over the past 90 days
- 8Educate customers on maintenance and repair options
- 9Demonstrate strong communication and multitasking abilities
- 10Take ownership of the client journey from start to finish
- 11Continuously improve service processes
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading service operations
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified experience mandatory
- 65+ years designing customer service strategies
- 73-5 years managing technician teams
- 8Proven track record of achieving high CSI scores
