What You'll Do11
- 1Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions
- 2Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- 3Anticipate guest needs and offer desserts or coffee
- 4Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- 5Promote menu items using suggestive selling techniques
- 6Adhere to cleaning and safety standards
- 7Attend daily pre-shift meetings
- 8Follow the food and beverage sequence of service
- 9Create WOW moments for guests
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned
- 11Maintain professionalism while serving guests
Requirements10
- 1One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations
- 2Prior micros or other systems experience
- 3Luxury hotel experience
- 4Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- 5Strong communication skills
- 6Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- 7Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- 8Willingness to lift and carry up to 200 pounds
