What You'll Do11

- 4Verify guest identification for appropriate drinking age verification
- 5Utilize full POS system proficiency for order entry and payment processing
- 6Assist with food and beverage preparation across multiple stations
- 7Maintain table cleanliness using silent service methods
- 8Ensure stock levels of assigned areas and POS stations
- 9Participate in daily pre-service meetings with management
- 10Prepare side cocktails as needed during service
- 11Attend and resolve guest issues collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams
Requirements10
- 1Minimum one year of fine dining service experience
- 2Strong passion for food beverage and service
- 3Knowledge of wine and champagne by the glass
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- 5Age 21 or older
- 6Team player with positive attitude
- 7Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- 8Valid driver's license for travel assignments
- 9Experience with high-volume restaurant operations
